Age : Age limit for Personal Assistant and Sorting Assistant candidates have the age 18 years minimum and 27 years maximum . Age relaxation is applicable for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled tribes for upper age limit extended up to 5 years , Other Backward Classes - 3 years , Physically Handicapped 10 years , PH+SC/ST - 15 years , PH+OBC - 13 years , Ex-servicemen 3 years .

Educational Qualification : 10+2 Standard or 12th Class pass from a recognized university or Board of School Education or Board of Secondary Education with English as a compulsory subject .

Examination Fee : Examination fee for General and OBC candidates Rs.400/- . Candidates belongs to SC / ST / Physically Impaired / Women are exempted from payment of Examination fee .

Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected by the Written Examination .
Exam Pattern :  It has two parts - Part I and Part II
Part I  ( Aptitude Test ) : It is conducted for 100 Marks . It has 4 sections .
Part A - 25 Questions - 25 Marks -General Knowledge subject
Part B - 25 Questions - 25 Marks - Mathematics of Matriculation Standard
Part C - 25 Questions - 25 Marks - English covering Grammar
Part D - 25 Questions - 25 Marks - Reasoning and Analytical Ability

Part II : Computer / Typing Test -  Duration 30 min. (15 minutes for Typing + 15 minutes for Data Entry )

Typing ( 15 min ): One passage of 450 words in English or 375 words in Hindi to be type with the speed 30w.p.m ( Eng ) , 25w.p.m.(Hindi) .
Data Entry ( 15 min ) : Some figures or Letters to be typed with Computer Key Board .

Read the notification carefully before apply online application for SA , PA . Only one application has to be submit by one applicant . Apply before 27th March 2014 .
